We love Petal Bloomers as a darling addition to any little one's wardrobe! They offer full coverage, high-waist, slightly higher rise in the back, a sweet, curved detail around the leg openings, and plenty of puff. Plus they make
any outfit adorable!
This pattern is a bargain because included in this purchase are TWO patterns, the Traditional Petal Bloomers (sit lower on the legs like heirloom bloomers) and High-Cut Petal Bloomers that sit higher on the leg, much like classic
bloomers.
