    All Sulky Cottons are machine washable and dryable, and can be dry-cleaned. For best results we recommend the additional following care to be taken:
    Washing:
    All stitched articles should be washed with mild laundering agents and warm water.
    If washed by hand, AMPLE WATER should be used to allow the goods to move freely and rinse thoroughly.
    Roll in a towel to remove excess moisture and then immediately lay flat to dry.
    Sulky Cotton Threads can be washed with heavy duty detergents. However, some of these detergents may contain optical brighteners that can cause discoloration. Therefore, for BLENDABLES you should look for detergents that have no additives or bleaching agents such as chlorine, peroxide or sodium carbonate.
    It is Most Important to thoroughly rinse the stitched item before wringing or dry spinning.
    Decoratively stitched, embroidered, or quilted items should never be left lying in a damp or wet pile.
    Both of the above apply particularly to the first washing.
    Dry Cleaning or Stain Removal:
    Professional dry cleaning is okay.
    Ironing:
    Iron on medium heat.
    Drying:
    Tumble dry normal to medium heat.
