A sharp needle with a slightly larger eye prevents thread breakage and reduces puckering. The larger eye allows smoother thread flow, especially with cotton threads.
Our recommendation would be to follow this stitch plan, as it typically provides the best results. However, there are other ways to achieve a similar outcome if you prefer a different approach.
