Stitch AssistantRECOMMENDED
Get the exact stabilizer, machine settings, needle, and thread color sequence for every embroidery design you purchase — based on that design's stitch density, dimensions, and color count.
Hoop stabilizer and place on hoop. Place fabric over top of hoop and stitch first CC. This will tack-down fabric and hold in place
Step 2:
Then stitch your design and then stop after stitching design.
Step 3:
Next cut your ribbon and tape in place making sure end of ribbon is past the stitching line on the right of machine and the loop part is facing the left like the picture below.
Step 4:
Now lay back fabric right side facing down over top the hoop like in picture below.
Step 5:
Then stitch last CC (this will sew them together).
Step 6:
Remove from hoop and trim around the sewn area leaving the fabric on the bottom. Turn right side out and press. Then turn the raw bottom edge up inside and press again.
Step 7:
Now stitch the snap tape or Velcro to bottom back side along the edge. I used a zig-zag stitch to do this.
Step 8:
Cut the dish towel in half and gather or pleat to fit across the towel topper add snap tape or Velcro to the towel and you’re finished.
