Halloween Mask Embroidery Project

Description

Get ready for a night of fun with this adorable Halloween Mask!

Materials
  • Halloween Masks large or small designs
  • 2 pieces of tear away backing for each design
  • Spray adhesive
  • Cord or thin piece of elastic
  • Embroidery thread

    Final Product: What You Will Create
     

    Step 1:

    First spray one piece of tear away backing with your spray adhesive.

    Step 2:

    Place second piece of backing directly on top of the sprayed side of backing.

    Step 3:

    Hoop the 2 pieces of backing.

    Step 4:

    Embroider the entire design and then remove it from the hoop.

    Very  carefully tear away the excess backing from around the mask, the eyes and cord holes.

    Thread elastic cording through holes in mask, but do not secure yet. You will want to hold the mask up to the person's head that will wear the mask and measure the correct length of elastic cording.

    Step 7:

    Now cut the cord to the correct length.

    Step 8:
    Then you will need to place a secure knot in the cording.

    Now you have your adorable Halloween Mask ready for a night of fun.
