Gather all supplies and review instructions before beginning. Print out embroidery design paper template.

Step 2:
Cut fabric pieces 6.5”wide x 12” length. You will need two fabric pieces for one snack baggie. (1) Solid = Outer (1) Print= Lining Load design file into your machine.

Step 3:
Find center of outer fabric by folding cut fabric piece in half lengthwise and finger press to create a creased line . Center place your paper design template 7” from bottom edge to center of design. Use creased line as a center guide. Mark axis points.

Step 4:
Hoop your stabilizer. Spray temporary adhesive spray. Center marked fabric piece matching axis points to your hoop’s built in markings. Finger press to adhere. Attach hoop to machine. Refer to design thread color chart for thread stitch out colors. Confirm center needle placement. Begin embroidering stitch out.

Step 5:
Stitch out complete. Detach hoop. Cut/ trim jump stitches and loose thread ends. Tear away stabilizer. Iron press if needed.

Step 6:
Construction of Baggie
Lining and Outer. Right sides together. Stitch bottom end seam using ½” seam allowance from edge. Iron press seam open

Step 7:
Wrong sides together. Fold back bringing up lining fabric up and over 2.5” above top edge of outer fabric. Repeat for outer matching up top edges.

Step 8:
Stitch both sides using ¼” seam allowance. Leave opening at top edge for turning. Do not stitch folded ends. Clip top two corners. Turn right side out through opening. Push out all corners.

Step 9:
Iron press. Close opening with a top stitch at top

Step 10:
Fold flap down. Pin in place. Stitch sides using ¼” seam allowance. If needed lengthen your stitch length a tad due to bulk. Iron press.

Step 11:
Fold over flap to open baggie and Viola you are done! Great job! Now that you’ve got the hang of the baggie construction…. Look for other “snack like” embroidery designs on the website and make additional baggies! Time to get “snackin’!
