Final Product: What You Will Create

    Preface:
I have chosen the 3rd biggest size embroidery design

    Step 1:
Gather all your materials and read through the instructions before you begin. Have a copy of the color sequence on hand for the embroidery stitch out.

    Step 2:
Lay your shirt flat to mark your embroidery position. I find the best position for embroidery on a shirt is to centre it using the highest shoulder point and the underarm point. So using a ruler, mark a straight line down from the highest shoulder point, then align the ruler to the underarm point and draw a line to cross over the shoulder line you marked. This will indicate the centre of the embroidery design.

    Step 3:
Hoop your tearaway stabilizer then position the shirt on the stabilizer and pin in place, I used some spray adhesive to secure the shirt to the stabilizer. Stitch out the embroidery design. Unhoop and cut away the excess stabilizer from the back

    Step 4:
Now position the jean pocket over the bottom stems of the embroidery design, pin in place and stitch down the sides and across the bottoms only. Try to match the stitch length of the pocket stitching so it blends in.

    Step 5:
Your floral pocket tee is now complete!
