Happy Easter Napkin Holder Embroidery Project

Gather the materials and read through the instructions before beginning. Have a copy of the color sequence on hand for reference

Hoop the cut away stabilizer. I have chosen to float the piece of felt if you prefer to hoop it, hoop it with the stabilizer in this step. Attach the hoop to your machine, tack down the felt if you are also floating it, then stitch out your design.

Once complete, remove the design from the hoop and carefully cut around the design, leaving approx ¼” all the way around. 

Mark 2 spots on the sides of the design for where you will punch holes for the ribbon. I have used a small pair of scissors to make the hole as you only want a small hole, enough to pull the ribbon through. Now with the length of ribbon, fold the ends in half widthwise and cut the end on an angle to form a v-shape. Do this to both ends of the ribbon. Then carefully thread the ribbon through the holes of the embroidered design. Repeat this to make as many napkin holders as you desire. 

Fold your napkin as desired and place it through the loop of ribbon then tighten as needed. Well done, your Easter napkin holders are complete!
