Step 2:
With the smaller piece of vinyl, find the centre point and position it on the tearaway stabilizer, ensuring it is centered and pin it in place at the corners. attach the hoop and stitch out the design

Step 3:
I decided to shape the bottom of my case, so by folding the embroidered piece in half width wise, I then free cut the bottom of the case and used this to trace onto the larger back piece of vinyl to shape that piece also. I then shaped the top of the larger piece also.

Step 4:
Place the 2 pieces wrong side together, and stitch around the edge, I stitched in ¼”.

Step 5:
I have used plastic snaps for my closure, you could change this closure if you wish otherwise secure the snap closures to the vinyl as per manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring they are centered on your case.
