A simple project that stitches up so quickly to get your bathroom holiday ready. Using ordinary terry cloth hand towels, embroidering with festive designs will also make a perfect holiday hostess gift.
Step 1:
Gather all materials and review instructions before beginning. ( Please note the time of 45 min is for one towel)

Step 2:
Load Merry Christmas wreath embroidery design into your machine and enlarge design to approx. 4.5” x 4.5” per your machines instructions. The Truck with Tree design enlarges to approx. 5” x 3”.

Step 3:
Prepare towel for design placement: Measure the width of your towel to find center width. Center your design template on top for placement and mark all side axis points with your chalk or fabric air erase pen.

Step 4:
Lightly spray temporary adhesive spray onto stabilizer and place your marked towel area on top. Fingertip press to secure. Next place a cut piece of water soluble stabilizer on top. This will help the embroidered threads from not sinking into the terry cloth. Match up the side and bottom axis points to your hoop. Hoop all three layers. ( If you have a hoop grid follow your machines instructions on usage)

Step 5:
Attach the hoop to the machine and begin the embroidery process.

Step 6:
Embroidery design complete. Remove hoop from the machine. Cut all jump stitches and trim loose thread ends.

Step 7:
Remove towel from the hoop. Tear away top water soluble stabilizer. Excess pieces of water-soluble stabilizer can be removed/dissolved by blotting with a damp cloth. Cut away back stabilizer ¼” – ½” from design.

Step 8:
Your wreath design hand towel is now complete. So simple right?! Repeat steps for 2nd design.
