Embroidery & Crystal Combo Coffee Bag Embroidery Project

Gather your supplies.

Lay your crystal sheet down on the bag and scope out where you want the design to lay.

Hoop your reusable bag with a tear away stabilizer. A  multi-needle machine with an arm was used for this project. If you don’t have a machine like that, you may have to open a seam or two and re-stitch it after the embroidery is done. 

Place the crystal sheet on your bag with the sticky side on the material. 

Place a thin piece of protective material, such as a pillowcase, over the bag. Press your iron straight down onto the protective material, over the transfer for about 10-20 seconds using medium to firm pressure. Repeat the process until the entire transfer has been pressed.

Allow the transfer to cool. Slowly remove the clear transfer paper. If any stones come up while removing the transfer, lightly set it back down and repeat Step 6. When all stones have adhered and the transfer paper has been removed, press your iron directly on top of the stones for about 5 seconds.
