Gather the materials and read through the instructions before beginning. Print out a paper template of the design and color sequence.

Following the manufacturer’s instructions, iron the fusible cutaway stabilizer to the inside of the garment over the area you will embroider. You may need to leave the garment inside-out in order to hoop it because of the small size of the clothing. Hoop the garment and confirm placement of the embroidery design using the paper template.

Place the hooped garment on your embroidery machine, checking center placement. Remove the paper template and stitch the designs, following the color sequence. The intertwined hearts can be placed at the teddy bear’s feet in any area within the hoop that you wish.
