Complete a lace heart to decorate your home this Valentine's Day with these easy to follow instructions.

Materials

Ultra solvy - water soluble stabilizer

Thread & bobbin thread (same color)

Sharp 11 needle

Spray starch

Wax paper

Paper towels

Bowl & water

Final Product: What You Will Create

Step 1:

Cut a piece of Solvy that is a little larger than your hoop.

Step 2:

Hoop Solvy, making sure that it is hooped very tightly.

Step 3:

Place hoop onto your machine and embroider the lace design of your choice.

Step 4:

Once the design is done embroidering. Remove from the machine and trim the excess solvy around the outside of the design.

Step 5:

Then add hot/warm water to your container. The water should be high enough in the bowl so that the entire lace heart will be submerged.

Step 6:

Pace your lace design inside the container. Let the design soak for about 10 - 15 minutes. This will remove the solvy from the design.
