Description

The Mr. Gingerbread is a festive, embroidered piece featuring a cheerful gingerbread man design, perfect for adding holiday cheer to your home.

Materials
  • Frame 13x18: 2 pieces of ginger felt 10x16cm high.
  • Frame 10x10: 2 pieces of ginger felt of 11x11cm.
  • Small plece of vinyl for the belly Ribban.



  • Step 1:

    STEP 1:

    • The first seam is done on your support to tell you the location of your vinyl and felt.
    • Put your little piece of vinyl on the center of the belly.
    • This seam will hold your vinyl in place.

    Step 2:

    STEP 2:

    • Cut the excess vinyl so that it does not touch for the other seams.
    • Put your felt.
    • This seam will hold your felt in place and redo a seam on the belly to tell you where you will need to remove the felt.

    Step 3:

    STEP 3:

    • Make the embroidery stitches until the penultimate seam.
    • Before making the last seam, remove the felt on the belly part.
    • Turn your work to be on the back of your frame (part with the support) remove the support gently on the part of the belly.

    STEP 4:

    • Put youring piece of felt on the back of your frame.
    • Make the last seam that will join your 2 felts together.
    • Get out of the frame and cut off the excess felt. For the top of the head, follow your seam from the front to cut the 2 parts of felt equal in the top.

      STEP 5:

      • With a pincon make your hole to pass your ribbon.
      • To make the little candy on the top of the head, I took 3D fabric paint..
      • Put the sweets and then close with the ribbon.
