Final Product: What You Will Create

Preface:

Ditch the belt and draw attention away from the waistline and up towards the shoulders. It’s a great benefit for a range of body types and will add a touch of class to any photo. Monogrammed suspenders are a great way to pull the look together, without having to wear a heavy jacket. Great for those who want to keep cool at summer weddings!

Step 1:

Gather your materials.

Step 2:

Cut a piece of stabilizer to fit your smallest hoop. Spray the temporary adhesive down the middle of the stabilizer.

Step 3:

Smooth down your suspenders where you sprayed the adhesive.

Step 4:

Hoop your suspenders. Make sure they are facing the correct direction so your monogram doesn’t end up sideways or upside down.

Step 5:

Before you start embroidering, make sure everything is clear from the embroidery zone except what you want to be sewn. We have all learned this the hard way after stitching the front of our projects to the back. You are now ready to stitch out your monogram!

Step 6:

Tear away your stabilizer and you are all done. If you desire, repeat the process to the other strap of your suspenders.
