Final Product: What You Will Create

    Preface:
Looking for a fun beginner/some experience embroidery project? This is the one for you to get yourself started. Three sweet embroidery designs to stitch out onto flour sack kitchen towels. Embroidering a set of towels using the 3 designs will help you to begin to feel more comfortable when hooping of stabilizer, centering your towel, ensuring center needle placement ,thread changes etc. As you will be repeating the embroidering steps 3 times using simple skills that you already have.  Flour sack towels can be purchased at your local retailer department stores. No worries if you're unable to find the ones with the red line designs the plain white flour sack towels will be perfect!

    Step 8:
Load design into your machine per your machine’s instructions. I wanted the design a bit larger on my towel but this next step is optional. Edit design per your machine’s instructions by enlarging to a 4” x 4” design size.

    Step 10:
Congratulations! Your first Valentines Day Flour Sack Towel is complete. Repeat steps 3 through 9 for the next two designs. Please note:  The Valentines Day Flower Hearts design template is centered 2 ½” up from the bottom of towel hem. I also used only two thread colors ( red and white) as I just wanted all the hearts in red. You can follow thread color chart if you prefer. Have fun!
