I bought several already digitized designs and liked them. So I decided to try you'll out in the customized digitize department. I'm truly happy with my designs and the savings gained in cost. I have moved all of my artwork to your company. I'm very pleased with your work and will continue to use your company. Thanks again for the great work you do. The designs are absolutely beautiful stitched out.

 Thank you for patiently troubleshooting my recent embroidery design download problem. I went to two (sewing machine) dealerships and spent a lot of time on the phone with the machine's manufacturer customer service center. No one could determine what the software problem was. As a result I spent four weeks without the use of my beloved sewing machine. Embroiderydesigns.com fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and kept me informed by e-mail.
