If you would like a refund for a design that you are not happy with you can either email us at
returns@embroiderydesigns.com or you can call us at 866-451-3900. We will promptly issue

No need to return the design but we do ask that if possible you scan the sew out and email an image
back to us so that we can inform the vendor/digitizer of the problem with their design and ask them
to fix it. This will prevent other customers from having the same problem.
As soon as you contact us by email or phone we will do our best to correct the issues you are having
with the design and if that is not successful or you are still not completely satisfied we will
immediately refund your full purchase price of that design. Refunds are issued to the credit card or
bank account from which you originally paid for your designs. You will also get an email confirmation
of the refund, if possible.
If you aren't happy, we're not happy. You trusted us enough to buy the design. It is the least we can do.

Some of our vendors designs are also sold on other websites on the internet. We will match any advertised
price or special that is offered on the date you purchased your designs. If you find the
design somewhere on the internet at a lower price just call our customer service and we will promptly refund
you the difference in what you paid us and the lower advertised price.
