Embroidery Design Downloads may not be returned.

General Return Policy
In most cases, you may return items sold by EmbroideryDesigns.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any restocking fees by the vendor. If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees. EmbroideryDesigns.com suppliers may have different policies which supersede those of EmbroideryDesigns.com´s. Merchant policies are accessible before ordering wherever product details are made available.

Manufacturer Only Returns
Items purchased through EmbroideryDesigns.com are shipped directly from suppliers and manufacturers. Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.

Software
Software IS NOT refundable or returnable unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Vendor may accept returns and issue refunds, less restocking fees, if item is unopened or unregistered at the vendor’s discretion.
