Last week I sent a embroidery file to Embroidery designs to have it resized and redigitized. It was an old commercial file (vendor had gone out of business) that our MS Walk Team uses. I am sorry that I did not do this years ago. I hated the skip patterns, the support stitches, etc- it was just not good. THE REULTS I GOT BACK ARE BEAUTIFUL. The design looks so much better- it stitched out beautifully on fleece and sweatshirts. Thank you for your fast service- I will not be afraid to use you again for this types of customization.

 I'am very happy with the 50 patterns I got. They are great. Had a problem with one load, but was handle quickly. Have recommended you to my sewing machine dealer. They were also quite impressed. Reasonable prices. Will recommend you anytime. Norene from WI. 

 I want to thank Sue in the service dept. I opened my designs and one would not fit my frame and Sue exchanged it for the correct one it only took a few min with no problems I will tell all my friend how fast and easy it is to fix a mistake. Thanks again

When I need a specific design, I can almost always find it here and at a very reasonable price, especially when I take into account the freebies that I get weekly. I love it! Almost everything stitches ut beautifully, and the one time (only one) that I was not happy with the design, they made it right. I've been thrilled with the products as well as the service. I've recommended this site to all my friends that embroider. 

 So far I have had good luck after your very helpful customer service representative helped me out. She was so patient and helpful. I am glad I chose to do business with your company. You really stand behind your claims. 

 I bought Dynasty and Toy Train Fonts to sew for my embroidered cards and baby bibs. I also bought Christmas ornament ID 31798. All sewed out wonderfully in JEF format for my Janome machine. I would recommend any of your designs to others who do embroidery. 

 I love this site. They have a huge seletions of free designs. And the paid design are also great. I have had to have a few of my designs resized to fit my machine. And the customer service is excellent. I love that when you call you talk to a live person. And they are always so nice and helpful. I totally recommend this site to everyone.
