Login with your email and Password Search through the thousands of designs and products to find what you need. Add items you want to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add To Cart button, then Proceed To Checkout when ready. Click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
Searching for just the right embroidery design is fast and easy. There are several ways to search and browse through the thousands of designs on EmbroideryDesigns.com. You will always find the Design Search box on the left side of your screen:
Quick Search Enter a keyword in the blank field of the search box and click "Go".
Browse - If you wish to simply browse or page through the collections of designs, use one of the links from the left panel. There, you can access the library of designs and products by clicking on one of the buttons: Embroidery Designs - Will list all the different links for browsing designs. You can browse the designs by categories, by top selling designs or by newly listed designs. You can also browse through our list of free designs. Embroidery Packs - Will list all the different links for browsing design packs. You can browse the design packs by categories, be vendors, by top selling packs, by newly listed packs. You can also create a custom pack of designs from the selected vendors. We also have design packs on CDs. Fonts and Alphabets - Will list all of the EmbroideryDesigns.com's font and Alphabet collection. Similar to embroidery designs, you can also browse fonts in different ways. We also have a huge collection of Font packs.
All of the details of each design are available including color sequence, design size, formats available, stitch count and price. To view these details, Click on the thumbnail image of a design to bring up a larger view. If additional sizes are available for the design, that will be in a drop down just above the add to cart button.
You can click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button in the Shopping Cart status box which is always visible on the right side of your screen. It will always let you know how many items you have in your shopping cart. Clicking on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button will take you to your Shopping Cart.

Do I have to register to shop on EmbroideryDesigns.com? You do not have to be registered to browse through the designs and products. To make a purchase though, you will need to register. There are a number of benefits to becoming a registered user including faster checkouts, having the ability to check status of past orders and being able to resume an order that you can´t finish in one sitting.
Can I leave items in my Shopping Cart? Yes. If you wish to log out before you finish shopping, your Cart will hold the items you´ve selected. The next time you log into EmbroideryDesigns.com, the items will be there and you can continue shopping or Check Out.
What if I don´t receive a confirmation of my order? You should receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provide when ordering within an hour of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please email us at sales@EmbroideryDesigns.com. Of course this does not apply to designs, which are immediately downloaded to your PC.
How can I check on the status of my order? To check on the status of an order, call us at 1-866-451-3900
How do I cancel an order? Just email sales@EmbroideryDesigns.com with your order number, or as much order information as possible. We´ll cancel the order right away if it has not already shipped.
How is sales tax calculated? Our suppliers are located all over North America so tax is calculated based on the locations from and to which the order is being shipped.
